Timothy G. Solberg, CFA
Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director
Timothy Solberg serves as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer to CCM Advisors, LLC. Mr. Solberg offers over 20 years of experience, serving as the Vice President of Corporate Banking with both Mellon and Wells Fargo banks. Mr. Solberg has also served as an Investment Advisor for both Hewitt Associates and SEI and provided services through the AHA Investment Program. Timothy leads the investment consulting group of CCM Advisors and has advised over 200 healthcare and foundation clients on allocation of assets, investment policy planning and manager selection.

Mr. Solberg holds a Bachelor of Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Solberg is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute of Chicago.

Amber M. Caputo
Financial Analyst
Amber Caputo serves as the financial analyst with CCM Advisors, LLC. Her primary responsibility is manager/fund research and performance review. Previously, Ms. Caputo was a performance analyst with Hartland & Co. Investment Consultants in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Caputo graduated with a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Communications from Ohio University.

Susan S. Rudzinski
Chief Compliance Officer
Susan Rudzinski oversees the compliance program at CCM Advisors, LLC and also directs the affiliate compliance programs for all of the Convergent Capital Management affiliates. Ms. Rudzinski has over 20 years of experience in the investment advisory industry. Previously, she served as the compliance officer and operations manager for The Burridge Group LLC, an institutional investment advisor. Ms. Rudzinski has earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Oberlin College and a J.D. with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
